Accommodation, airport transfers, the sightseeing listed in the itinerary and a dedicated coordinator throughout your trip. Flights, visas and travel insurance are quoted separately unless the package states otherwise. Intercity transport is included only where the itinerary specifies it.

Most are land-only, which keeps your dates flexible and lets you use your own flights or miles. Fixed group departures that include flights carry a Flights Incl. badge on the card and are listed together on our fixed departure page.

For multi-city, family or group trips, usually yes. Contracted hotel rates and bundled transfers come in below retail, and one coordinator handles the whole booking. For a single hotel night or a simple city stay, booking directly is simpler.

Choose a package or send us your dates, destination and party size. We reply with a written quotation, you confirm and pay the deposit, and we then issue your booking confirmation, hotel and transfer vouchers and a day-by-day itinerary.

Yes. Every itinerary can be adjusted for travel dates, hotel category, number of nights and sightseeing. Custom trips are our default rather than a paid extra, and any change to the price is confirmed in writing before you commit.

How far in advance should I book a holiday from Dubai?

Eight to twelve weeks for a standard holiday. For Eid, National Day, the December school break and the summer holidays, book three to six months ahead, because UAE demand concentrates in those windows and the best-value rooms are committed first.

Hotels price rooms on double occupancy, so a solo traveller pays a single-occupancy supplement unless they share. We quote the single rate up front in your written quotation, so there is no adjustment later in the process.

Cancellation terms follow each supplier's rules for your specific hotels and travel dates. Your written booking confirmation states the exact deadlines and any non-refundable portion before you make payment, so you know the terms in advance.

Yes. We provide visa assistance for more than 40 countries including Schengen, the UK, Turkey and Malaysia, and advise on the correct entry route for your passport. Visa approval always rests with the issuing authority, never with the agency.

Most hotels charge reduced rates for children sharing with adults, and infants under the property's age threshold usually stay free. Age limits and bed arrangements vary by hotel, so we confirm the exact child policy for your dates in writing.

Yes. We plan halal dining, prayer facilities and Umrah-adjacent itineraries wherever the destination allows, and we confirm the specific hotel and restaurant arrangements with you before booking rather than after arrival.

What currency do you charge in and how can I pay?

Packages are priced in AED and can also be quoted in USD, GBP, EUR and PKR. We accept card and bank transfer, with payment terms set out in your quotation. Never pay into an account that does not match the company name on our invoice.

Do I need travel insurance for a holiday from Dubai?

We recommend it for every international trip. For Schengen countries, travel medical cover of at least EUR 30,000 is effectively compulsory and must cover your full dates of stay. Cover also protects you if a trip is disrupted.

Yes. Our holiday packages are open to travellers worldwide, and we quote and support bookings from any country by WhatsApp or email. Prices are quoted per person in AED on double sharing, regardless of where you are booking from.
