Question 1

Where can I go on holiday from Dubai?

Accepted Answer

FlyMoreME arranges holidays from Dubai to Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Turkey, South East Asia, the Indian Ocean and the Middle East, covering more than 40 destinations. Land arrangements are our standard, so you can pair any destination with your own flights or miles.

Question 2

What is included in a FlyMoreME holiday package?

Accepted Answer

Accommodation, airport transfers, the sightseeing listed in the itinerary and a dedicated coordinator throughout your trip. Flights, visas and travel insurance are quoted separately unless the package states otherwise. Intercity transport is included only where the itinerary specifies it.

Question 3

Do your holiday packages include flights?

Accepted Answer

Most are land-only, which keeps your dates flexible and lets you use your own flights or miles. Fixed group departures that include flights carry a Flights Incl. badge on the card and are listed together on our fixed departure page.

Question 4

How much does a holiday package from Dubai cost?

Accepted Answer

Each package shows the current price per person on double sharing in AED, calculated from live contracted rates with our 10% markup applied. Cost moves with destination, season, number of nights and hotel category, so the displayed figure updates whenever rates change.

Question 5

Are holiday packages better value than booking everything separately?

Accepted Answer

For multi-city, family or group trips, usually yes. Contracted hotel rates and bundled transfers come in below retail, and one coordinator handles the whole booking. For a single hotel night or a simple city stay, booking directly is simpler.

Question 6

How do I book a holiday package with FlyMoreME?

Accepted Answer

Choose a package or send us your dates, destination and party size. We reply with a written quotation, you confirm and pay the deposit, and we then issue your booking confirmation, hotel and transfer vouchers and a day-by-day itinerary.

Question 7

Can I customise a holiday package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every itinerary can be adjusted for travel dates, hotel category, number of nights and sightseeing. Custom trips are our default rather than a paid extra, and any change to the price is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Question 8

How far in advance should I book a holiday from Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Eight to twelve weeks for a standard holiday. For Eid, National Day, the December school break and the summer holidays, book three to six months ahead, because UAE demand concentrates in those windows and the best-value rooms are committed first.

Question 9

Do you charge extra for solo travellers?

Accepted Answer

Hotels price rooms on double occupancy, so a solo traveller pays a single-occupancy supplement unless they share. We quote the single rate up front in your written quotation, so there is no adjustment later in the process.

Question 10

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms follow each supplier's rules for your specific hotels and travel dates. Your written booking confirmation states the exact deadlines and any non-refundable portion before you make payment, so you know the terms in advance.

Question 11

Do you arrange visas for the destinations you sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide visa assistance for more than 40 countries including Schengen, the UK, Turkey and Malaysia, and advise on the correct entry route for your passport. Visa approval always rests with the issuing authority, never with the agency.

Question 12

Do children get a discount on holiday packages?

Accepted Answer

Most hotels charge reduced rates for children sharing with adults, and infants under the property's age threshold usually stay free. Age limits and bed arrangements vary by hotel, so we confirm the exact child policy for your dates in writing.

Question 13

Are your holiday packages halal-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plan halal dining, prayer facilities and Umrah-adjacent itineraries wherever the destination allows, and we confirm the specific hotel and restaurant arrangements with you before booking rather than after arrival.

Question 14

What currency do you charge in and how can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Packages are priced in AED and can also be quoted in USD, GBP, EUR and PKR. We accept card and bank transfer, with payment terms set out in your quotation. Never pay into an account that does not match the company name on our invoice.

Question 15

Do I need travel insurance for a holiday from Dubai?

Accepted Answer

We recommend it for every international trip. For Schengen countries, travel medical cover of at least EUR 30,000 is effectively compulsory and must cover your full dates of stay. Cover also protects you if a trip is disrupted.

Question 16

Can I book a holiday package from outside the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our holiday packages are open to travellers worldwide, and we quote and support bookings from any country by WhatsApp or email. Prices are quoted per person in AED on double sharing, regardless of where you are booking from.

Question 17

Why book with a Dubai-based travel agency?

Accepted Answer

FlyMoreME Tourism LLC is licensed by Dubai Economy and Tourism under DED licence 1489375, keeps the same time zone as you, and can support you by phone and WhatsApp during UAE working hours if anything changes while you are travelling.

Question 18

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as you know. Our Dubai office re-arranges airport transfers and, where the supplier allows, adjusts hotel check-in. We cannot change airline schedules, but we manage everything on the ground at the destination.

Question 19

Do you offer group tours and fixed departures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We operate fixed-departure group tours with confirmed dates, set itineraries and an Arabic or English speaking guide where stated. Fixed departures suit travellers who want a guaranteed departure rather than a private, independently dated trip.

Question 20

How do I contact FlyMoreME about a holiday package?

Accepted Answer
