Visas for Egyptian Passport Holders Living in the UAE
Egyptian passport holders resident in the UAE have an unusual advantage: Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf and Georgia are all open without the formalities that European destinations require. The destinations we sell in the Caucasus and Central Asia mostly take an e-visa that is issued within days, while Schengen, the UK and Turkey are the three that need a full application prepared in advance.
Eligibility is decided by the issuing authority. Visa rules are set by the issuing authority and change without notice. We re-check the current position for your passport and residence status before you book, and no page here promises an approval. The rules on this page were checked on 27 October 2026 against the sources listed at the foot of the page.

How we sequence an Egyptian-passport application
- Start with the destination: Turkey and the UK both need a consular file, not an online form, so those are the ones to raise first.
- Caucasus and Central Asia are e-visa destinations and can be arranged inside the same week as a holiday booking.
- Schengen rewards a clean, consistent file — the same travel dates on the form, the itinerary and the hotel booking.
- Saudi Arabia is the quick win: as a UAE resident you qualify for the GCC-resident tourist eVisa, which is a one-year multiple-entry visa.
